No. The template reads public Booking.com pages. It runs on the page you have open, and requests are sent from your browser without your cookies. You need a Google account only to sign in to ScraperQ, and a Google account is also needed for the Google Sheets export.

Which export formats are supported?

You can export to CSV, JSON, Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets. You set the format in the Run dialog before you run the template. Google Sheets needs a Google account connected to ScraperQ. See the export options guide for each format.

Can I scrape Booking.com reviews with this template?

The template returns each hotel's review score and the number of reviews that score is based on, never the review text. In list mode the fields are score and reviews, and the detail fields are d_rating and d_reviews. This template does not collect individual reviews.

Which Booking.com page do I run it on?

The template runs on a Booking.com search results page, like https://www.booking.com/searchresults.html?ss=Paris&lang=en-us. Paste the URL for the destination and language you want, or pick Use current tab on a search page you have open. Hotel pages are opened by the template in the details stage.

Booking.com hotels

The ScraperQ Booking.com hotels template exports Booking.com hotels to CSV, JSON, Excel or Google Sheets from the Chrome extension, with no code. It runs in 3 modes: list only, list then details, details only. You set the item limit, the crawl mode and the export format when you start a run.

How the template reads the pages

Booking.com search results. The page embeds its Apollo store (script[data-capla-store-data=apollo]); the first page holds 25 hotels, further pages use the offset parameter.
A Booking.com hotel page: its Hotel JSON-LD (rating, address, description, image) and the coordinates from the address link.

What can I set when I start a run?

Open the template and click Run. The Run Template dialog has these options:

Start URL: paste a search or list URL from the site, or choose Use current tab. This is the Single URL tab.
Batch Scraping: switch to the Batch Scraping tab to scrape many URLs in one run. Details only always needs a batch.
Scrape mode: List only, List then details, Details only.
Max items: the most items the run will return.
Crawl mode: Natural Browsing, Fast or Custom. Natural Browsing waits about 3-7 s between requests.
Export to: CSV, JSON, Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets.

Ways to run it

How do I scrape it?

Install the ScraperQ extension in Chrome, Edge or Brave. See the installation guide.
Open the Booking.com page you want, with the filters and sort order you need.
Open the extension, go to Templates and choose the template.
Click Run, pick the scrape mode, and set Max items, the crawl mode and the export format.

How many can I scrape at once?

You can scrape as many as the site displays for your keywords. For large datasets, run multiple batches for best stability.
