LinkedIn jobs (public)

The ScraperQ LinkedIn jobs (public) template exports LinkedIn jobs (public) to CSV, JSON, Excel or Google Sheets from the Chrome extension, with no code. It runs in 3 modes: list only, list then details, details only. You set the item limit, the crawl mode and the export format when you start a run.

How the template reads the pages

  • Public LinkedIn jobs search (logged out). Records are the base-search-card job cards; the page carries about 60 cards.
  • Public job page: JobPosting JSON-LD plus the job criteria list.

What can I set when I start a run?

Open the template and click Run. The Run Template dialog has these options:

  • Start URL: paste a search or list URL from the site, or choose Use current tab. This is the Single URL tab.
  • Batch Scraping: switch to the Batch Scraping tab to scrape many URLs in one run. Details only always needs a batch.
  • Scrape mode: List only, List then details, Details only.
  • Max items: the most items the run will return.
  • Crawl mode: Natural Browsing, Fast or Custom. Natural Browsing waits about 3-7 s between requests.
  • Export to: CSV, JSON, Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets.

  • Details only: Give it a batch of detail page URLs (paste them or upload a CSV or Excel file); one row per URL. Batch is required in this mode.

How do I scrape it?

  1. Install the ScraperQ extension in Chrome, Edge or Brave. See the installation guide.
  2. Open the LinkedIn page you want, with the filters and sort order you need.
  3. Open the extension, go to Templates and choose the template.
  4. Click Run, pick the scrape mode, and set Max items, the crawl mode and the export format.
  5. Click Run in the dialog and follow the job in the Jobs tab.
  6. When the job completes, download your data. See export options for each format.

How many can I scrape at once?

A search page carries about 60 job cards, which is what LinkedIn's public guest page loads for a keyword search. For wider coverage, page the search yourself with the site's own paging and run each search page as its own run, then join the exports by job_id.

Before you start

  • The template reads public pages. It runs on the page you have open, and requests are sent from your browser without your cookies.
  • ScraperQ does not bypass CAPTCHAs or anti-bot checks.
  • LinkedIn can show different results by location, so your results can differ from another user's.
