Core Features/Batch URLs

Batch URLs

Add your URLs

Either:

  • paste URLs into the box, one per line, or
  • click Upload CSV or Upload Excel. Put one URL per row, in any column. A header row is optional, and cells that are not http(s):// links are ignored. Duplicate URLs are removed.
3

Start the job

The counter shows how many URLs you added, for example 250 / 1,000 URLs. Start the job as usual. URLs are processed in groups, and the job can be paused and resumed.

Limits

Keep runs reliable by splitting very long lists.

  • 1,000 URLs per run. If you add more, only the first 1,000 run, and the dialog tells you how many were left out. Put the rest in another run.
  • Prebuilt templates: Batch is available in Details only mode. List and List-then-details start from a single list page, so they take one URL.

Be kind to sites

Long runs on one site can trigger rate limits or a CAPTCHA. If a run stops early, the rows collected so far are kept; try again later.
