Which browsers does ScraperQ support?
Google Chrome, installed from the Chrome Web Store. Microsoft Edge and Brave are Chromium browsers and should work, but we have not tested them yet.
How do I sign in?
With your Google account. Other sign-in methods are not offered.
What do AI credits pay for?
Generating a template with AI. A template built without AI costs 0 credits, but it is less stable and less accurate, and repairing it is not guaranteed. See Plans & Credits.
Can ScraperQ scrape pages that need a login?
No. ScraperQ reads public pages while logged out. Some sites show a login pop-up over public data; the data behind it is still read. If a site sends the browser to a sign-in page, the run stops and keeps what it collected.
A run stopped early. Why?
The site most likely limited requests from your browser or showed a CAPTCHA. Rows collected so far are kept. Wait a while, solve the CAPTCHA in your browser if one appears, and run again.
How many URLs can I run at once?
Up to 1,000 per run. See Batch URLs.
Where can I export my data?
CSV, JSON, Excel, and Google Sheets. See Export Options.
How do I know a template still works?
Run a cloud health check, or schedule one. See Cloud Health Check.
